1Nature of Platform Services
Students Hackathon (“studentshackathon.com”) primarily operates an online collegiate innovation and hackathon ecosystem. Our offerings encompass both instant digital services and physical fulfillment of winner merchandise/trophies.
2Digital Delivery & Instant Access Timeline
Instant Registration & Event Confirmation
Upon successful registration (and payment completion where applicable via Razorpay), your event enrollment is confirmed immediately. A digital receipt, team portal access, and confirmation notification are dispatched instantaneously via email and WhatsApp.
Digital Certificates of Achievement
Verifiable digital certificates with tamper-proof QR codes are generated and made available on your student dashboard within 48 to 72 hours following the conclusion of evaluation and shortlist announcement.
3Physical Shipping (Trophies, Medals & Swag Packages)
For hackathon winners and select ambassador top performers entitled to physical awards, winner trophies, medals, and partner swag kits:
- Shipping Coverage: Pan-India shipping to all 28 States and 8 Union Territories via India Post Speed Post, Blue Dart, DTDC, or Delhivery.
- Dispatch Timeline: Physical awards are dispatched within 15 to 21 business days following winner address verification.
- Tracking Details: Tracking numbers are provided directly to team leaders via registered email and WhatsApp once shipments are booked.
- Shipping Charges: Standard shipping for all winner awards, trophies, and official merchandise is 100% free of charge covered by Students Hackathon or event sponsors.
4Recipient Address Responsibility
Participants are responsible for providing complete and accurate postal addresses (including PIN code and active contact mobile number) when claiming physical prizes. Students Hackathon is not responsible for shipment delays resulting from incorrect postal details or courier undeliverability.
